Knoblauch Baguette

Knoblauch Baguette

  • 1 Baguette
  • 150 g vegane Butter
  • 1 Zitrone
  • 2 Knoblauchzehen
  • Petersilie
  • Kresse
  • Schnittlauch
  • Salz
  • Pfeffer

Die Butter bei Zimmertemperatur weich werden lassen. Die Zitrone auspressen und den Knoblauch durch eine Knoblauchpresse drücken. Die Kräuter klein schneiden. Die Butter mit Zitrone, Knoblauch und Kräutern vermengen und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Das Baguette in Abständen von 3 cm von oben einschneiden. Die Butter jeweils auf die beiden Anschnittseiten innen gut verteilen. Für ca. 10 Minuten im Backofen bei 160 Grad knusprig backen. Funktioniert m Sommer auch ganz wunderbar auf dem Grill.
